Tamanna Rahman
FOUNDER
Tamanna Rahman is the Founder of Mubadara Services and brings over 16 years of experience in training and information technology (IT) industry. A Pune University Marketing Post Graduate in Masters in Management Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Indian Institute of Cost & Management Studies & Research (IndSearch). Also a Masters in Commerce (Business Administration), Pune University and Masters in Computer Application, IMED Bharti Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
Tamanna is into Event planning, Image Coach and Life Coach training from last 5 years. She has an experience of executing events for Corporates and Private organizations, various Personal events like wedding arrangement and parties.
Tamanna has prior experience in Business Development Operations (IT International Technical Sale) and Business Administration. She is an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities and possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude to business development initiatives and formulation of selling and marketing strategies. She has worked with multiple MNC’s in developing business in all verticals in areas of sales compensation management and sales performance management, Business Intelligence Consulting & Technology Services, IT consultant, end to end services in turnkey projects, design, development and implementation of customized software, e-services, training and professional services and software testing.
Abdul Basik
CO-FOUNDER
Abdul Basik is the co-founder of Mubadara services believes in to providing the full fledged event management solution from the initial conception to post event support with 16 years of experience in the event industry and construction industry understood the techniques of events conceptualisation, event marketing, and event execution and so on. He has diverse experience in the field of organising events once he had done Post graduate diploma in event management from Indian Institute of Event Management, New Delhi. In 2003, Basik had organised a children event named as “Exposure Unlimited” in association with North East Book Fair. In the same year he was associated with Assam Aids Control Society and had organised an Aids awareness rally. In 2004 he had conceptualised a thematic event named as “SPARSH” which was supported by Assamese film industry fraternity. He also has an experience in the field of print shoots and TV commercials.
